"Jake was amazing to work with! He was so helpful and patient. After my horrible accident and dealing with my friend being killed in the accident I was really distraught and overwhelmed with everything. Jake was very patient and waited for me to get everything worked out over the phone and handled from states away. Not being able to be there in person made it more work for Jake to have to handle my leg work and tasks in my place. Tow Pro’s really showed me they really cared about me and treated me like a friend the entire time they were dealing with me and my vehicle towing needs. I never would have been able to get this entire nightmare figured out without Jake from Tow Pro’s. I recommend them to everybody needing anything from a tow, to road side assistance, to auto repairs, etc. I know they will treat you just as good as they treated me. Thanks again Tow Pro’s from over 600 miles and states away I can never thank you enough!!!"

"one of the worst days of my life, my car died on the interstate so from a referral at Honda I called tow pros. The girl that answered the phone Becky was amazing, not only did she walk me thru how the driver will call first and she just calmed a horrible situation. Then the driver Jacob showed up and he was the nicest fella, polite and informative. I have to say this is the best company for customer service from the girl on the phone to the driver!!! a+++++++++"

"Yeah they're great at towing your vehicle and charging you a ton of money to get it back, And if you're Stranded By the side of the road out of gas and need fuel? Don't worry for like a 170 bucks they will bring you some!"
