"Today I decided to go out and get my husband his insulin. When I called another tow company they told me to call 911 since I didn't see a 4 foot drift and drove right into it. Couldn't even open the doors. They told me to call 911 so I could get ticketed._Rhett from Tow Pros came to my rescue and my husband got the medication. Rhett was friendly and professional. Betsy in the office must have been having a very bad day because she was very off putting._I will sing the praises of Tow Pros because when I needed them Rhett helped me._Sincerely,_Laura Lawless"

"Please let Shawn M. know how much I appreciated his kindness and professionalism when AAA sent him to help me with a flat tire in zero degree weather. He called me, told me about what time he would be there and was there early. He dealt with my flat tire, and he commented my license place was not from Pennington County. He was going to offer suggestions of where I could get my tire replaced until I told him I live in the area. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for what I called going above and beyond to make sure I was safe and needs were met. Shawn is definitely an asset to his company!"

"Dan and Heather in particular where incredible during this experience. Very kind and patient service! When our car got stuck on a hill during a snow storm, I wasn't sure what to do. Heather was very patient on the phone. I called her multiple times trying to figure things out and they arrived early so we could get back on the road faster. Danny was knowledgeable about the road system and guided us back to the main road. The kindness and generosity of service here is genuinely appreciated. It would be my first recommendation for towing service in this area."

"Jake was amazing to work with! He was so helpful and patient. After my horrible accident and dealing with my friend being killed in the accident I was really distraught and overwhelmed with everything. Jake was very patient and waited for me to get everything worked out over the phone and handled from states away. Not being able to be there in person made it more work for Jake to have to handle my leg work and tasks in my place. Tow Pro’s really showed me they really cared about me and treated me like a friend the entire time they were dealing with me and my vehicle towing needs. I never would have been able to get this entire nightmare figured out without Jake from Tow Pro’s. I recommend them to everybody needing anything from a tow, to road side assistance, to auto repairs, etc. I know they will treat you just as good as they treated me. Thanks again Tow Pro’s from over 600 miles and states away I can never thank you enough!!!"
