"Alexia took care of all and tow vehicle within an hour..we had a slight billing error and she corrected it immediately so a very great employee and really wow with her multi tasking skills that she is an amazing employee..

"Tried to jump the car for us to drive to the shop. I asked if he would follow just in case. He did, thankfully. The car didn't make it out of the parking lot. Very nice guy. I can't read my copy to give him a direct shout out. It was the night of the drone show so many people around Rapid City."

"Alexia at Tow Pros provided such great customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and very efficient, which made the whole process a lot less overwhelming. She communicated clearly, was patient with any questions I had, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. It’s not often you come across someone who is both professional and genuinely caring, but Alexia definitely was. I’m very thankful for her help and highly recommend Tow Pros!"
