"I used Tow Pros to have my deployed serviceman's vehicle towed. It was an unusual situation with him being on deployment and me being several states away. After explaining the circumstances, Tow Pros lived up to their name - they were all professionals, from the lovely ladies who fielded my slightly stressed phone calls, to the driver who was our guardian angel. I've never dealt with such a quality human being, nor experienced such kindness extended to a stranger. Their service to me and my serviceman brought me to my knees and will be remembered and cherished. Thank you Tow Pros!!"

"On June 26 after visiting Mt. Rushmore, my brother's vehicle would not start. He called AAA and they called Tow Pro in Rapid City. The guys who came to tow us couldn't have been more accommodating. After They towed the vehicle to the garage They called several motels to try to find us a place to stay and even took us to the motel. They were very friendly and helpful even after being out on a call the night before until 4am that morning. God Bless each and everyone. "

"Couldn’t be happier with Tow Pros. I had to get towed twice tonight. Matt was so helpful with the first tow I specifically requested him for the second. He even helped us find a hotel room and gave us a lift to the hotel. There’s no question, best in town."
